东方人的环境磁场学，风水是一种研究居家环境对人的健康、财运、事业等等，产生影响的学问。风水就是自然环境，讲究人和自然的和谐，研究风水就是了解自然，适应自然，创造自然。研究探讨风水，一定要以文化为基础，研究风水就是研究人和自然环境关系的学问，也是一门自然科学。风水调理和应用，也是运用文化理念对自然环境综合判断并调整，这种调整必须要按照易经的原理，根据当事人的生活、工作环境，给予补充、变动或者调整，把不必要的去除，排除不利的因素，增加有力的助力，做到整体环境生旺，激发循环流动之气，使环境达到生机勃勃、生生不息。
在调理一个阳宅的时候，尽量不要敲敲打打、拆墙、改门、改窗，要立而不破，将建筑物视为一个有生命的生命体，在做调整的时候要遵循简单、美观、舒适、合用原则，做到大气、和气、刚中带柔之秀气、灵气，使整个环境充满富贵相和之气。
看风水要从大处着眼，小处着手，在调理的时候必须向别人说明白为什么要这样调整，在理论上要说的清，要同声相应，同气相求，要全方位思考。
如家庭布局、公司布局、办公室布局、重要部门办公室布局，一定要将老板住家也一并进行调理。调理风水时要将阳宅视为一个太极，人也视为一个太极，物物皆可成为一个太极，把建筑物视为一个生命体，若有缺陷就是残疾，比如东方震位缺陷，东方卦气属木，代表长男，就会损长男。西北属金，为父亲，西北缺陷就会伤及父亲、损财。
我们的风水不用罗盘，也不强调用罗盘。调理风水的原则要根据八卦，按顺时针子、丑、寅、卯、辰、巳、午、未、申、酉、戌、亥，从艮卦开始，巽卦、离卦、坤卦、兑卦、乾卦、坎卦，最后再回到艮卦，形成一个同心圆。每一个卦象都要相生，不要相克，八卦方位气场要流通，原理根据五行，水生木、木生火、火生土、土生金、金生水。
原则。
峦头风水：峦头阳宅学，在论断一个风水吉凶祸福的时候，对内、外格局有一定的比例，峦头：形，占70%；里气：占30%，只要形漂亮，气一定通畅外格局：占 60%；内格局：占 40%，内格局有很多因素，如神像、客厅、厨房、主卧，以及各个房间，每一个房间都有自己的能量
