Throughout the process of reproduction and survival, the Chinese nation has always been accompanied by Feng Shui. The emergence of Feng Shui as a discipline has no conclusive evidence in ancient times, but before that, the choices made by the Chinese people in their living and dwelling arrangements were everywhere imbued with Feng Shui imagery.
For ancient people, using Feng Shui to build houses and dwellings was a simple common awareness. Doors and windows should face the sun as much as possible, and the back of the house should be guarded by taller and more solid objects. These are the consensus of ordinary people. The most basic principle comes from convenience in life, such as doors and windows facing the sun for good lighting, ample sunlight entering, avoiding darkness and dampness inside, which prevents bacteria growth, and also ensures sufficient yang energy inside the house, making it less likely for the body to be disturbed by dampness, naturally promoting health.
In fact, Feng Shui is not that mysterious. Feng Shui that conforms to people's living habits is good Feng Shui. If it causes inconvenience to people's lives, even if it conforms to Feng Shui theory, it cannot be considered good Feng Shui. At least it shows that the Feng Shui master’s layout skills are not yet high enough. It's like some people choose an auspicious time for moving, such as midnight at 2 a.m., but no matter how good the time is, it’s not suitable for doing this. Heaven’s timing, Earth’s location, and human harmony—what is human harmony? It means conforming to people's habits to achieve harmony.
Taking Ba Zhai Feng Shui theory as the main focus, it elaborates on the principles and application methods of mountain shape and qi, combining practical parts of multiple theories, emphasizing the most effective survey and resolution methods validated over many years, drawing on the strengths of various approaches, from celestial phenomena principles to specific applications, closely integrating theory and practice, mainly focusing on building structures, and teaching step-by-step methods for auspicious and inauspicious survey and resolution. It systematically solves common Feng Shui issues related to career, wealth, health, relationships, and offspring, sharing all knowledge generously.
