Information Introduction

The series of books 'Zi Wei Dou Shu Notebook' has been published gradually since 2011 and has been several years now. Here, I would like to thank 'Xiuwai Information Technology Co., Ltd.' for their support and recognition, and also express my gratitude to my mentor Teacher Wang Shangde for his guidance, as well as to my disciples and students for their communication and support. Of course, I also want to thank many readers and enthusiasts for their patronage.
In early 2018, with the enthusiasm and suggestions from 'Xiuwai,' I began to conceive of re-connecting and reorganizing the 'Zi Wei Dou Shu Notebook Series' to help readers better understand and digest the content, and even to search for related chapters.
'Main Star Volume' and 'Sub Star Volume' are two books that decompose and explain each star individually. Their advantage is making it easy for beginners to clearly understand the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each star. However, their drawback is that there is less explanation of star combinations and clashes.
Additionally, the layout of the mind maps and classical texts (overview of the Twelve Palaces) in the 'Main Star Volume' and 'Sub Star Volume' might be perceived by some as having a disjointed or fragmented feeling. However, the author arranged them this way considering the font size for reading and the integrity of the entire diagram.
Most of the mind maps for each star have blank spaces, allowing readers or students to add supplementary information or extend the content.
Therefore, during my online teaching in 2013, I used the mind map of the 'Zi Wei Dou Shu Notebook: Main Star Volume' as the main (teaching) material for extension, and I compiled the course content of that main star volume into the 'Zi Wei Dou Shu Notebook: Concept of Destiny Volume,' making it easier for online students at that time to understand the association and extension of 'mind maps.'

More than twenty years ago (1986), during my military service in Tainan, I had a chance encounter with a fellow soldier who used 'Zi Wei Dou Shu' to cast my fate. At that time, I felt that 'Zi Wei Dou Shu' was quite accurate; this sparked my curiosity and desire to explore the mysteries of destiny, hoping to seek renowned teachers after discharge to study 'Zi Wei Dou Shu' thoroughly.
Thus, in 1987, I sought guidance from Teacher Shao Chongling of the 'Yijing Society' in Zhongli, Taoyuan County. After graduating from 'Dou Shu' in 1988, I met my younger brother, Mr. He Chunrong, who was still a vocational high school student at that time, and who was a fellow soldier in the same unit.
Due to the fate of casting fate, he was curious and asked me: 'Want to study the subject of Dou Shu?' Therefore, I thoroughly taught him this systematic knowledge from my mentor. After he learned it, he accompanied me to the 'Greenwich' restaurant for practical training and exercises.
Thanks to Brother Chunrong's diligent research to this day, he is about to share the 'Dou Shu Association Learning Method,' which makes me feel immensely gratified.
As the saying goes: 'Seek auspiciousness and avoid misfortune.'
If through the study of 'Zi Wei Dou Shu' (or the Five Arts of Destiny), one can foresee signs of events and prevent problems before they happen, why not do it?
This book is a collection of years of research by Brother Chunrong, compiled to share with fellow enthusiasts of 'Dou Shu,' to exchange insights, and we hope that the seniors will generously give us their opinions and guidance.
