Hope this helps you learn Feng Shui and geomancy.

Luan, that is, a small and sharp mountain, which is a small peak.
Luan Tou, that is, the shape of the mountain range, also known as the shape school, image school, and form school.
Luan Tou Feng Shui, that is, judging the location of Sheng Qi by observing the terrain of mountains and waters. When encountering places where mountains are encircled, water is embraced, mountains are bright, and waters are clear and beautiful, these are places with Sheng Qi, meaning good Feng Shui locations.
Luan Tou in extended Feng Shui terminology is also called "Sand," which refers to the peaks in front of, behind, and around the Tai Chi point. Sand has three functions: protecting the dragon, protecting the cave, and controlling water. It protects the dragon's cave from wind, allowing Sheng Qi to gather without leakage.
"To obtain water without hiding wind, to hide wind without obtaining water, both are not Feng Shui; only when both are present does the art of geomancy become refined. This is the true essence of Luan Tou."

To learn Luan Tou, first understand what Feng Shui is.
"Qi is dispersed by wind, and stops at water boundaries. The ancients gathered it so it would not disperse, and guided it so it would have a stopping point. Therefore, it is called Feng Shui. In Feng Shui, obtaining water is the top priority, followed by hiding wind."

Feng Shui is divided into two parts: Luan Tou and Qi theory.

Luan Tou not only refers to mountains but also includes all visible objects. Feng Shui concerns the relationship between humans and nature, and between humans and the environment. The environment, composed of mountains and water, is also called Sand in Feng Shui.
Expansion:

Dragon, Cave, Sand, Water

What is a Dragon?Dragon is a Feng Shui term, referring to mountain ranges that wind and twist like a dragon. The soil on the mountain is like the dragon's flesh, rocks resemble the dragon's bones, and plants are like the dragon's hair. This is an ancient metaphor.

What is a Cave?Originally meaning a hollow or cavity, it was the dwelling place of ancient ancestors. Later, it extended to refer to the site of a residence.

What is Sand?Refers to the relatively high and prominent places around the cave site. The sides of the cave are protected by Sand, called Green Dragon and White Tiger. The small hill in front of the cave is called An Mountain if nearby, and Chao Mountain if farther away. Whether the protected Sand is 'embracing' or not is the basis for judging its value. Chao Mountain and An Mountain are judged by their shape; generally, square, round, and sharp are auspicious, while broken, exposed rocks, and strange shapes are inauspicious. All visible objects with various shapes are considered Sand.

What is Water?Water refers to Qi, or water vapor. Water is the substance that sustains all life on Earth, but here it refers to the flowing and intangible nature of water, representing Qi flow, human flow, vehicle flow, and all other invisible flow fields. In Feng Shui, water is also associated with wealth; water entrances and exits are called Tian Men (Heaven Gate) and Di Hu (Earth Gate). Water coming in is called Tian Men, and water flowing out is called Di Hu. Because water governs wealth, Feng Shui advises opening Tian Men and closing Di Hu, symbolizing gathering wealth without dispersal.

In nature, mountains are in a state of stillness, as steady as Mount Tai, so mountains are also a form of Yin. Water is in a flowing state with a Yin-Yang relationship, where Yin and Yang interpenetrate.
Therefore, it is a Yang form. Mountains are relatively still, water is relatively flowing, mountains are Yin and water is Yang. In nature, all things follow the principle of Feng Shui which emphasizes Qi; no matter how it is discussed, it ultimately returns to Qi, so there is a saying that 'where there is form, there must be Qi.'
